For extension, the following documents should be submitted 30 days before the expiration of the Foreigner’s Work Permit:

1. Long-Term Foreign Expert Application Form (filled out by the employing Unit)

2. Application Form for Extension of Foreigner’s Work Permit (filled out in Chinese and signed by the applicant)

3. Original copy of Contract of Employment (Chinese and English version, including details of working location, responsibilities, Salary, duration, position, official seal, and applicant’s signature).

4. Copy of valid Passport, including photo page and Residence Permit page.

5. The original of Foreign Expert Certificate/Foreigner’s Work Permit

Notes:

1.Above documents require Chinese versions, excluding copy of Valid Passport.

2.Above documents including Chinese version should be stamped by the official seals of XinHua college.

3.Separately scan the documents (in JPG/PDF format and less than 1MB each in size).
