1. Original and copy of Foreigner’ Work Permit (foreign expert certificate);

2. Copy of passports and residence permits of the applicant and his/her accompanying family members;

3.Supporting documents for applying for change

3.1 Passport change: a copy of the new and old passports;

3.2 Address change: a temporary accommodation registration form with new address;

3.3 Position and work unit change: certification materials of the employing unit.

4.One bareheaded photo with white background taken within previous 6 months of foreign expert and his/her accompanying family members, with 40mmX30mm in size.

5.Application form for foreigners’ work change (complete in Chinese, except the name in passport).
