1.When the Foreigner’s Work Permit is on the expiry of the validity term, the contract shall automatically become null and void;

2.If the Foreigner’s Work Permit has been revoked or withdrawn, and the license has been revoked legally, it shall be cancelled by the decision institution (the Bureau of the special Bureau of the province);

3.The applicant is deceased or incapacitated, or the applicant terminates the contract in advance and terminate the employment relationship, the employing unit shall apply to the international office for cancellation within 5 working days from the date of the matter, and provide the materials of Annex 4；

4.Employment contract expiry certificate or employment relationship cancellation agreement with signatures by both parties or other certification materials related to cancellation reasons.

★Note:

1.Appendix 3-4 should be stamped with school official seal；

2.Please attach the Chinese translation of the above materials (except the copy of passport)；

3.The above materials including Chinese translation should be stamped with the official seals of XinHua college of Sun Yat-Sen University；

4.The above materials should be scanned in JPG/PDF format separately, and each attachment materials should be individually scanned into a document, with maximum 1 MB each.
